Why CTO
A CTO alert means holders relaunched a project the deployer abandoned.
Deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on Robinhood Chain. Ultra Den collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.
Day to day, project signals show what the people behind a token are doing: paying for promotion, updating links, relaunching or moving supply. Ultra Den follows CTO on Robinhood Chain for those actions.
One habit: Check who paid for the boost and whether the same wallet holds supply. Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended.
